Our small, home-based organization has outgrown the tiny house. In 2008 we will apply for funding to build a steel building on the property to move the operation out of the house. The new building will be a 100 x 50 foot (approximately) structure where direct hands-on care of the wildlife will take place. We hope to have an area inside, an exam and treatment room, where veterinarians can volunteer to provide care at our facility as well. This building may also be a place where volunteers like Scouts and youth groups, retirees, and others can conduct volunteer projects. This is a very big project and we need a volunteer archictect's help to produce the renderings of the building to submit to the County for permits and also as a visual aid to submit with grant and funding proposals. The County said we needed to have a licensed architect produce the plans/drawings. This opportunity is sponsored by: Ellicott Wildlife Rehabilitation Center
We need volunteers who are free at these times
