Description:
Front Range Executive Service Corps (FRESC) is a program of the Center for Nonprofit Excellence and works with the nonprofit community throughout the Pikes Peak Region.

FRESC is dedicated to improving the quality of life in the Pikes Peak Region by providing high-quality, affordable consulting services, resources and mentors to nonprofit leaders seeking to address critical organizational issues.

We accomplish these goals by drawing upon an extensive volunteer network of senior-level executives and professionals who are committed to helping public service organizations more effectively serve their constituents.

FRESC provides consulting and mentoring services including:
-Strategic Planning
-Financial Management
-Community relations
-Board Development
-Human resource development
-Technology strategy & planning

Services are delivered in a seven step process:

1. Client application, selection & approval
2. Introductory client meeting
3. Project planning & engagement approval
4. Discovery, analysis & design
5. Recommendations
6. Execution
7. Post-project evaluation



History:
While FRESC is new to the Pikes Peak Region, it is affiliated with the Executive Service Corps Affiliate Network (ESCAN)(www.escan.org). ESCAN is a nationwide network of 35 nonprofit consulting groups who are dedicated to improving the quality of life in the communities they serve.
