provide child welfare, and family preservation services to families who are raising children with disabilities. Our mission is to promote, strengthen and support individuals with disabilities and their families.
Description:
We provide child care, respite and educational services to children with disabilities through Zach's Place Program. Working parents, along with families who are just looking to get a break from the daily care of their children use our services. We also provide foster care services to children who have been abused and neglected. We provide adult day services in a community based program to families.
History:
We incorporated in 1998; and have developed the various programs since, in response to the unmet needs in the community. We serve hundreds of youth and adults with disabilities per year.
