provide child welfare, and family preservation services to families who are raising children with disabilities. Our mission is to promote, strengthen and support individuals with disabilities and their families.

Description:
We provide child care, respite and educational services to children with disabilities through Zach's Place Program. Working parents, along with families who are just looking to get a break from the daily care of their children use our services.
We also provide foster care services to children who have been abused and neglected. We provide adult day services in a community based program to families.

History:
We incorporated in 1998; and have developed the various programs since, in response to the unmet needs in the community.
We serve hundreds of youth and adults with disabilities per year.

Directions:

Off Bijou Exit to the west of the I-25. Turn south on Spruce and go two blocks. Turn right on West Pikes Peak. In the middle of that block to the right. Zach's Place is located at 741 Cache La Poudre - North on Nevada to the intersection of Cache La Poudre - turn right and right past the intersection of El Paso street, Zachs' Place is on the right hand side.
